What you'll do

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
• Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, while providing insights to drive business decisions.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all audit requirements.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring the company maintains adequate liquidity to meet its operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards, with a proven track record of preparing accurate financial statements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, demonstrating the ability to drive business performance through data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify trends and variances in financial data.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
