What you'll do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, developing budgets and forecasts that align with the company's strategic goals.

• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company maintains adequate liquidity for operations and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Proven track record of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
