What you'll do

• Debug, test, and launch web applications created via Claude Code, ensuring every release meets quality standards.
• Build new features and applications according to project specifications, translating requirements into functional code.
• Propose technical upgrades and automation methods to enhance business performance and reduce operational friction.
• Oversee operational tasks across various departments, coordinating workflows to maintain efficiency and consistency.
• Create documentation and manage task priorities, providing clear visibility into project status and upcoming deadlines.
• Maintain shared management systems for stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and easy access to critical information.
• Research and propose solutions for technical and operational hurdles, evaluating tools and frameworks for optimal fit.
• Collaborate with internal staff to keep projects on schedule, aligning timelines and dependencies across teams.
• Monitor application performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for iterative improvements and refinements.
• Implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect data and system integrity.

Requirements

• Advanced skill in Claude Code and web development, with a strong understanding of core programming concepts and practices.
• Experience with cloud services and development platforms, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring in production environments.
• Proven track record in debugging, testing, and deployment, demonstrating a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to integrate software tools into business operations, ensuring that technology supports and enhances strategic goals.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with the capacity to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks independently in a remote setting, maintaining focus and delivering results without direct supervision.
• Hardware: USB noise-canceling headset, functional webcam, computer with minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Connectivity: Primary internet at 25 Mbps or higher, backup internet at 10 Mbps or higher to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Familiarity with version control systems, allowing for structured and traceable code management across the development lifecycle.
• Understanding of database management and query optimization to maintain fast, reliable, and secure data access.
• Willingness to follow documented procedures and contribute to process improvements where applicable.

• Schedule: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
