About the role
You will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product lines that define how young athletes, coaches, and families experience our platform. This role requires you to translate complex market dynamics into clear positioning and messaging that resonates across youth sports segments. You will act as the critical voice of the customer within the product team, ensuring insights drive decisions from discovery through execution. You will design and run experiments to measure what messaging and channels drive real adoption, iterating based on performance. You will build the narrative for GameChanger in the market, making the value of our products undeniable to our core audiences. You will operate with autonomy in an environment that values speed, clarity, and collaboration. This role is embedded within our Commercial organization and reports to the Director of Product Marketing.

What you'll do
- Define and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for newly launched product areas, aligning segmentation, messaging, and channel strategy across quarters.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover unmet needs, white spaces, and competitive blind spots that inform product direction and positioning.
- Craft and own positioning frameworks and messaging architectures that clearly differentiate our products for coaches, parents, athletes, and organizations.
- Act as a strategic partner embedded within product teams, bringing customer and market intelligence into roadmap discussions before concepts are finalized.
- Shape user experience decisions by articulating how specific features serve distinct segments and contribute to product adoption.
- Identify and activate the most effective marketing channels, partnerships, and campaigns to drive feature adoption and long-term retention.
- Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate GTM performance, diagnose gaps, and iterate quickly based on data and qualitative feedback.
- Build enablement materials and tools that equip sales, success, and community teams to deliver consistent value propositions.
- Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional forums, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and operations.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that require influencing without direct authority and managing priorities in ambiguous environments.
- Partner with data teams to design experiments that test messaging, positioning, and channel effectiveness.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the youth sports landscape to anticipate trends and inform long-term strategic moves.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2C within high-growth companies.
- Demonstrated experience bringing new products or features from concept to launch in the absence of an existing playbook.
- Track record of launching entirely new products, business lines, or customer experiences from concept through adoption.
- Background in consumer subscription products, mobile applications, creator or community platforms, sports technology, or other consumer technology businesses.
- Strong strategic thinker who can translate user insights, market context, and product vision into clear positioning, messaging, and GTM plans.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to build trust and manage positive relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving product areas or emerging business lines.
- Data-informed and highly curious, with experience using customer insights, experimentation, and performance metrics to refine strategy and adoption.
- Bachelor's degree required.
