About the role
You will own the end to end sales cycle for complex technology services within the medical device and life sciences sectors. This position requires you to act as the primary point of contact for new business opportunities, directly engaging with executive level stakeholders to shape solutions that meet client strategic goals. You will translate technical capabilities into clear business value, ensuring that Full Spectrum's offerings are positioned as essential partners for innovation. A core part of your role will involve building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline that drives predictable revenue growth. You will work in close partnership with marketing and inside sales to align messaging, target accounts, and campaign initiatives. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to secure meetings, win proposals, and close deals that contribute to the company's revenue objectives. You will be expected to operate with ownership, discipline, and a high level of professionalism in every client interaction.

What you'll do
Conduct discovery conversations with C level stakeholders to uncover critical business problems and map Full Spectrum's capabilities to strategic priorities.
Develop multi year penetration plans for priority sectors, identifying key decision makers, influencing strategies, and milestone driven execution roadmaps.
Lead the creation of tailored value propositions, executive briefings, and compelling proposals that highlight the impact of technology solutions.
Analyze pipeline data in Salesforce, forecast revenue, and manage the full opportunity lifecycle from initial contact through contract execution.
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to design solution architectures that address specific client requirements and competitive pressures.
Leverage digital channels, social media, and targeted outreach to build visibility and establish Full Spectrum as a thought leader in medical technology.
Collaborate with the inside sales team to align prospecting activities, refine lead scoring, and accelerate movement of opportunities through the funnel.
Travel as necessary to meet with strategic clients, attend industry events, and reinforce long term relationships in key accounts.
Partner with marketing to design and execute demand generation campaigns that drive qualified meetings and pipeline growth.
Monitor competitive landscape dynamics, informing sales strategies and positioning to maintain advantage in highly contested deals.
Maintain rigorous reporting of activity metrics, ensuring transparency for leadership and enabling data driven decisions on resource allocation.
Build and nurture executive level relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Utilize analytics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize outreach sequences, and improve conversion rates across target segments.
Serve as an expert resource for colleagues by sharing best practices, success stories, and market insights that enhance overall team effectiveness.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a medical related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge relevant to the life sciences and technology sectors.
Bring a minimum of 6 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets in complex environments.
Show a documented history of selling sophisticated services to senior executives within enterprise or regulated industries.
Be proficient in preparing and delivering high stakes presentations to technical and non technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
Have hands on experience using Customer Relationship Management platforms, particularly Salesforce, to manage pipelines and forecast accurately.
Demonstrate advanced skills in using LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and similar research tools to identify and engage high value prospects.
Exhibit strong collaboration and communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
Possess strong analytical capabilities to interpret sales data, forecast revenue, and support strategic planning initiatives.
Maintain a hunter mentality, showing relentless energy in developing new relationships while nurturing existing accounts to drive growth.
Nice to have
Experience with CRM, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo is preferred.
Practical notes
The base salary for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 annually, and the role is commission eligible. The final salary offer is determined by factors such as experience, location, skills, education, and certifications.
This role may require travel as needed to support business development objectives.
