What you'll do
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for the account management team regarding all SEO and GEO topics, providing definitive guidance on technical, onsite, offsite, and global search strategies.
- Conduct highly complex SEO analyses and audits that demand deep expertise, uncovering nuanced opportunities and risks that impact organic visibility and user experience.
- Own the quality, rigor, and methodology of all SEO client deliverables, establishing the standards and frameworks that junior team members follow to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements
- Be based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role, ensuring reliable collaboration with US-based teams during overlapping business hours.
- Bring at least 3 years of relevant SEO experience, with a proven track record of handling complex, high-stakes optimization projects.
- Demonstrate exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain intricate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders without losing nuance.
- Possess a strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average, reflecting disciplined study habits and intellectual rigor.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field that provides a solid foundation for understanding technical SEO implementations.
- Have real experience serving as the engineering or technical partner to non-technical teams or stakeholders, bridging gaps between technical constraints and business objectives.
