Revenue Marketing Lead
Job description
Revenue Marketing Lead at Foundry For Good.
About the role
You will own the end-to-end revenue marketing function for a mission-driven portfolio, designing systems that generate predictable, high-quality inbound demand. This position is not focused on brand storytelling but on directly influencing pipeline, deal size, and sales efficiency. You will architect a scalable inbound engine that feeds a streamlined sales process, aligning messaging and content with the exact needs of high-value nonprofit and association buyers. Your work will center on packaging, positioning, and data-driven execution that shortens the path to purchase and increases the value of every deal. You will partner closely with sales to ensure every marketing initiative translates into measurable revenue outcomes. Every decision you make will be judged by its ability to move core metrics and support organizations committed to social impact.
