About the role
Foundry for Good is actively building a specialized HubSpot practice where your work directly supports organizations committed to social good. In this role, you own the end-to-end implementation and health of HubSpot environments for nonprofit, educational, and association clients. You are responsible for configuring and optimizing the Marketing, Operations, and Sales hubs to ensure they work seamlessly for each mission-driven customer. This position requires you to manage complex workflows and automation logic while maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of critical client data. You will translate technical implementation details into clear communication for clients during discovery and review sessions. The role involves close collaboration with account managers to align technical deliverables with overarching business objectives. You will own the creation of robust reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights into campaign performance and donor engagement. Furthermore, you are expected to manage the full client lifecycle within the platform, from initial onboarding and migration through ongoing optimization. This is a hands-on position where your technical setup directly determines the success of organizations changing the world.

What you'll do
Configure and maintain complex HubSpot instances across the Marketing, Operations, and Sales hubs for diverse client portfolios.
Design and build sophisticated automation workflows and email campaigns that nurture audiences and drive mission-specific outcomes.
Develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards and analytics configurations to provide clients with clear visibility into their performance metrics.
Perform rigorous data hygiene and management activities to ensure client databases remain accurate, reliable, and actionable.
Lead client onboarding and migration initiatives, ensuring smooth and accurate data transfer into HubSpot environments.
Configure and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and adjacent software tools to create seamless tech stacks.
Build and optimize landing pages, custom forms, and CMS content to support client campaigns and conversion goals.
Participate directly in client calls to explain technical implementations, review results, and ensure stakeholders understand the delivered value.
Collaborate closely with account managers and internal subject matter experts to ensure technical work aligns with client goals and quality standards.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and dependencies across several concurrent client accounts efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
Must be based in the Philippines with the ability to commit to a long-term, stable employment arrangement.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrate a strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average throughout your educational career.
Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a closely related field.
Bring hands-on experience with HubSpot, having worked with the platform in at least one hub such as Marketing, Operations, or Sales.
Value HubSpot certifications, such as Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, or Sales Hub, as a demonstration of technical proficiency.
Exhibit strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Be comfortable joining client calls to explain technical work and results in clear, non-technical language that stakeholders can easily understand.
Maintain a detail-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently without constant supervision.
Possess experience with adjacent tools such as Salesforce or other CRMs, Zapier or Make, GA4, and various CMS platforms.

This role operates as a remote work-from-home position, aligning with the standard schedule detailed in the setup section. You are expected to adhere to a structured daily routine that balances focused work periods with necessary breaks. The schedule is designed to support collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours while preserving a healthy work-life balance. The day is divided into two primary work blocks separated by a long midday break. You will begin your day with a 4.5-hour work block from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM Philippine Time. This is followed by an extended break from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, allowing you to rest or attend to personal matters. The second work block runs from 8:00 PM to 12:30 AM Philippine Time, ensuring that key overlapping hours with US teams are covered. Note that these times will shift by one hour later when the time difference changes to 13 hours instead of 12 hours. The setup for this work-from-home role requires a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to ensure productivity and professionalism during client interactions.
