What you'll do
- Oversee the end-to-end settlement process for all transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and customer support, to address settlement-related issues.
- Monitor transaction flows and identify discrepancies or anomalies, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and analyze settlement reports to provide insights into transaction trends and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements related to settlements and financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and payment processors to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Assist in the implementation of new settlement technologies and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in settlement operations or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems and settlement mechanisms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
