You own the end-to-end creation of bespoke 360 campaigns that align sponsor goals with FloSports' diverse inventory. You act as the strategic bridge between our audience insights and the creative execution teams. You are accountable for owning the narrative from initial RFP intake through to final delivery and renewal. You champion the value of overlooked sports by connecting passionate communities with brands that matter. You leverage every interaction to build long-term client trust and position FloSports as the indispensable partner for authentic engagement. You are relentless in your curiosity, constantly scanning the market to uncover new sponsorship white spaces and growth vectors.

What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to translate partner marketing objectives into tailored activation roadmaps.
- Architect integrated campaign programs that weave live streams, on-demand content, and experiential elements into a unified narrative.
- Lead the RFP lifecycle, transforming initial scoping calls into sophisticated, data-driven proposals that win business.
- Mine first and third-party data sets to construct compelling audience narratives and justify premium investment decisions.
- Curate and forecast available inventory across O&O events, podcasts, and digital content to match partner KPIs.
- Produce high-impact collateral, including media kits, one-sheets, and case studies that articulate clear return on investment.
- Serve as the central liaison coordinating with content, production, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales promises.
- Utilize design thinking to craft visual mockups and pitch decks that simplify complex media plans for stakeholders.
- Analyze competitive landscape shifts to identify new media opportunities and defend pricing structures.
- Implement sales lead generation strategies to pipeline qualified prospects and expand the partnership funnel.
- Develop granular media plans that specify channel mix, timing, and content touchpoints for maximum reach and frequency.
- Partner with finance and sales leadership to model pricing scenarios and optimize rate cards for market positioning.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
- Possess 2-4 years of progressive experience in sports sponsorship or digital media sales roles.
- Show a proven track record of developing creative solutions that move revenue needles for clients.
- Bring intimate knowledge of sports sponsorship frameworks and current market valuation trends.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing end-to-end campaign planning from strategy through post-campaign analysis.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency with analytics platforms such as ComScore, Nielsen, Quantcast, or Google Analytics.
- Display mastery of presentation and proposal tools including PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva.
- Fluency in navigating digital media ecosystems including social, display, native, OTT, and connected video is essential.
- Apply meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data reporting and contractual accuracy.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Respond effectively to constructive feedback and iterate quickly on deliverables without losing quality.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel to manipulate large data sets and build financial models for forecasting.
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint to design high-conversion sales presentations that tell a cohesive story.
- Commit to upholding FloSports' mission of elevating underserved sports through ethical sales practices.

- Experience activating campaigns across linear and digital sports properties.
- Familiarity with production workflows for live streaming and original sports content.
- Background in collegiate sports governance or NCAA compliance landscapes.

Practical notes
This role is based in Austin, Texas, and requires full-time onsite presence during standard business hours. Occasional travel to cover live events or meet partners may be required.
