FloSports is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to serve as the central hub for our hiring operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. In this capacity, you will own the critical scheduling and coordination functions that allow our teams to move quickly without compromising on quality or candidate care. You will be responsible for delivering a consistently high-touch, white-glove experience that reflects FloSports' brand values from the very first email to the final offer. The role requires a proactive mindset and a commitment to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our talent pipelines. You will partner closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to support a wide array of hiring needs. What you'll do
- Orchestrate and manage high-volume interview scheduling across all departments to maintain an efficient and responsive hiring workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a white-glove experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Provide comprehensive support for recruiting initiatives spanning business, technology, and operations functions.
- Draft, review, and execute formal offer letters to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of applicant tracking systems, specifically Ashby, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Administer and evolve the end-to-end lifecycle of FloSports' internship program, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Act as a process owner, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that keep the talent pipeline moving smoothly.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand evolving needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide timely updates to stakeholders to inform workforce planning.
- Contribute to the development of scalable hiring practices that support the company's rapid growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bring 0-2 years of relevant experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative roles to this position.
- Demonstrate extreme organization and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, with a strong track record of following through on commitments.
- Proactively seek out solutions and take ownership of your work without needing constant direction.

- Run FloSports' internship program end-to-end
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
