What you'll do
Draft, edit, and prepare company-wide announcements, newsletters, and engagement campaigns for distribution across internal and external audiences.
In partnership with the Sr. Manager, manage day-to-day execution of internal email communications tailored for company-wide, manager, and targeted team audiences.
Support culture initiatives, recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and engagement moments that reinforce our values and community.
Help maintain the internal editorial calendar to ensure communications align with business priorities and key organizational timelines.
Track performance metrics such as open rates, engagement, and participation, and share insights to guide future content decisions.
