What you'll do

Design and implement a robust investor relations strategy that aligns with Fivetran's business objectives and growth plans.
Act as the main liaison for institutional investors, financial analysts, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Create and enhance financial presentations, scripts for earnings calls, and various investor-related materials to convey Fivetran's value proposition effectively.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and analyst reports to provide informed recommendations that guide internal strategies.
Deliver insights to Fivetran's leadership team regarding investor sentiment and perceptions within the market, helping to shape strategic decisions.
Plan and coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and individual meetings to engage with the investment community and promote Fivetran's initiatives.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards concerning public disclosures and investor communications, maintaining the company's integrity and transparency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and insights that will enhance investor communications and presentations.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of investor relations activities, making adjustments as necessary to improve engagement and outcomes.
Foster a culture of open communication within the organization regarding investor relations, ensuring that all departments understand their role in supporting these efforts.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in investor relations to continuously refine and improve Fivetran's approach.

Requirements

Proven track record in investor relations, ideally within a rapidly growing technology company, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.
In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation methods, and capital markets, enabling you to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Strong relationship-building skills, allowing you to cultivate and maintain connections with investors and analysts effectively.
Strategic mindset with the ability to distill intricate financial information into straightforward messages that resonate with various audiences.
Experience in managing high-pressure situations and delivering results under tight deadlines, showcasing your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Previous experience in a public company setting, giving you insights into the regulatory landscape and investor expectations.
