What you'll do
- Drive membership sales by achieving monthly revenue targets and implementing effective strategies to boost sales.
- Manage the entire lead generation process, including follow-ups and conversions, with a focus on outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and member retention to inform business decisions.
- Provide training and support to front desk staff on effective sales techniques and ensure accountability in their roles.
- Cultivate a high-quality client experience by addressing concerns promptly and building strong relationships with members.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the front desk team and head instructor, ensuring efficient scheduling and execution of daily tasks.
- Oversee all aspects of daily studio operations, which include opening and closing procedures, class readiness, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Accurately complete administrative responsibilities, including reporting and updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Implement marketing initiatives such as events and promotional activities to enhance visibility and attract new members.
- Maintain a proactive and engaging presence within the studio, exemplifying professionalism and high energy to inspire both staff and clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the fitness or hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
