What you'll do
Coordinate and collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing for new initiatives.
Manage program and project teams to optimize return-on-investment and coordinate cross-project initiatives to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic goals.
Identify key requirements and dependencies needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors to enable successful program execution.
Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for projects, ensuring programs stay on track to deliver against established business goals and objectives.
Analyze and evaluate program risks, issues, and opportunities, and work with other program managers to identify trends that may impact the broader portfolio.
Produce clear, concise program reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
Lead the implementation of program changes, ensuring that new processes or systems are integrated smoothly and adopted effectively across the organization.
Champion quality assurance activities, maintaining organizational standards for satisfaction, performance, and delivery across all program components.
Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to gather input, resolve conflicts, and ensure program objectives are met or exceeded.
Support the evaluation and refinement of program assessment protocols to foster continuous improvement and long-term program sustainability.
Drive the coordination of resources, timelines, and priorities to meet deadlines and optimize the success of concurrent programs.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field that provides a foundational understanding of management principles and business operations.
Bring 5+ years of experience in an advanced management role, with preference given to candidates with proven program management experience and a track record of leading complex initiatives.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills to guide teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
Possess a working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and practices to align program strategies with market opportunities and customer needs.
Show outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes to drive adoption and measure program impact.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess program risks, evaluate performance data, and recommend actionable improvements.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of program objectives.
