What you'll do
Define and shape project requirements by conducting deep interviews with stakeholders and documenting detailed specifications. Design and build interactive dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences. Coordinate schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Bring more than 2 years of experience in BI analytics project management and leading teams in a virtual, global, or structured environment. Demonstrate the ability to define, design, and complete projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners. Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to complex challenges and present recommendations to leadership. Show excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the capacity to work independently. Understand core principles of business dashboard and report design, including aesthetics and user experience considerations. Possess a foundational understanding of data modeling and database design, including hands-on experience with SQL Server and DataStage development. Have experience with business intelligence visualization tools and their implementation, ideally Tableau or Power BI. Show understanding of big data technologies and platforms as a significant advantage. Bring prior experience in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence applications. Have functional experience across a range of commercial business processes, with emphasis on personalization, revenue management, and marketing data integration. Previous experience in the media sector is an advantage.
