About the role
You will own the end to end lifecycle of assigned projects from initial kickoff through successful delivery and closure. You will orchestrate cross functional collaboration to ensure alignment of objectives, resources, and timelines across all project activities. You will act as the central point of communication for all stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable project plans. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to keep the project on track and protect deliverables. You will enforce rigorous change management processes to handle scope adjustments without disrupting the baseline. You will leverage data and performance metrics to drive decisions and continuously improve project execution. You will mentor and guide junior team members on best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

What you'll do
Coordinate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans to guide team execution.
Establish and monitor project milestones, timelines, and dependencies to ensure on time delivery.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to maintain cost effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

Support stakeholder engagement strategies to secure buy in and sustained support throughout the project duration.

Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field as the minimum educational qualification.
Bring proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role with a track record of delivering complex projects.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Show strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and strong time management.
Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office suite to manage plans, reports, and documentation.
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Display robust interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, balancing ownership with collaborative contribution.
