Business Development Representative
Job description
Business Development Representative at Every Io.
About the role
In this position, you will be one of the first points of contact for founders as they evaluate back-office solutions for their startups. You will own the full outbound and inbound motion for our top of funnel, turning initial curiosity into structured conversations that our Account Executives can immediately act on. This role is built for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys rapid experimentation with new sources and channels, and wants deep exposure to a high-growth sales organization. You will develop sharp instincts for qualifying companies early, routing them appropriately, and documenting every interaction so the entire revenue engine stays aligned. Success in this role means you consistently feed a predictable pipeline of in-market accounts while learning the fundamentals of enterprise sales. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior hires and shape the playbook as we scale, working closely with marketing to refine messaging and targeting. If you are comfortable being the voice of the company on calls and in chats, comfortable making hundreds of touches per week, and comfortable using data to iterate quickly, this is the role for you.
