You will own the full outbound and inbound qualification pipeline, acting as the primary point of discovery for new opportunities. Every day you will map and navigate complex buyer landscapes using intelligent tools to surface the right stakeholders at the right accounts. You will craft and deliver tailored value propositions that clearly link customer pain points to Kustomer's AI and automation capabilities. You will build and maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm that keeps conversations alive until a clear path forward is established. You will partner with the marketing team to test and refine messaging based on real engagement signals and feedback. You will document every interaction with precision to ensure a seamless handoff to account executives and protect the integrity of the sales pipeline. You will consistently represent the Kustomer brand with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to helping customers achieve better outcomes. You will embrace feedback and use data to continuously improve your outreach and conversion rates.

What you'll do
- Prospect and source potential decision makers across digital, retail, and technology verticals using email, phone, and social channels.
- Lead the creation of targeted account plans that align with Kustomer's ideal customer profile and strategic priorities.
- Conduct in-depth research to uncover business needs, stakeholder roles, and buying triggers within target organizations.
- Own the end-to-end qualification process, distinguishing between surface level interest and genuine purchase intent.
- Schedule high quality discovery and demo meetings for account executives by aligning with stakeholder availability and priorities.
- Develop compelling email sequences and call scripts that adapt to different industries and customer maturity levels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to iterate on messaging, timing, and channel mix for maximum engagement.
- Collaborate with customer success and product teams to share insights that inform positioning and feature development.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date visibility into each stage of the pipeline.
- Uphold data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA compliance, when managing sensitive customer information.
Requirements
- You have 6 months of inbound or outbound sales experience, which may include internships, and previous work with sales or startups is preferred.
- You are able to quickly engage potential customers over email, phone, and in person with confidence and clarity.
- You are clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbal, ensuring messages are easy to understand.
- You are excited by AI and can quickly map its capabilities to sales processes and customer use cases.
- You possess grit and do not shy away from rejection, using setbacks as motivation to refine your approach.
- You are hungry to progress your career and take on increasing responsibility within a growing organization.
- You know how to effectively manage your time to complete objectives and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- You must already be located in the tri-state area (CT, NY, NJ) and work from the New York, NY office on Wednesdays.
- You are authorized to work in the United States and will maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements.
- You are comfortable handling sensitive personal data and understand the importance of data security.
