GTM Knowledge Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will own the design and delivery of intelligent GTM agents that automate critical seller workflows including meeting preparation, live stakeholder mapping, proof of value generation, certification, and ROI modeling. You will architect and maintain the orchestration layer that connects CRM deal signals to the right automated scripts and assets at the precise moment in the seller workflow. You will translate complex pricing, packaging, and policy requirements into proactive, user-facing guardrails that prevent errors and reduce manual intervention. You will partner closely with the Revenue Enablement and Revenue Operations teams to ensure knowledge systems are aligned with commercial objectives and seller behavior. You will build interactive, automated role-play and certification environments that adapt to different rep roles, regions, and performance gaps. You will prototype real-time in-call assistance tools and overlays that provide live deal guidance and objection handling support inside conversational platforms. You will create automated content maintenance pipelines that integrate data sources directly into seller interfaces to keep knowledge current and accurate. You will measure the impact of your agents and interfaces on seller efficiency, adoption, and quote-to-cash cycle time.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Architect and code localized context-aware GTM agents that solve explicit seller problems such as tactical meeting preparation, live stakeholder mapping, automatic point of view generation, customer champion deck synthesis, and dynamic ROI modeling.
- Design, program, and maintain backend orchestration layers that parse active CRM deal metrics to surface the exact right agent, script, or asset at the millisecond it is needed in a representative's live workflow.
- Collaborate with the Content Lead to build interactive, automated AI role-play environments and auto-certification frameworks that adapt automatically to a rep's specific role, target region, or individualized execution gaps.
- Prototype real-time sales assistance tools and interactive overlays providing active deal guidance and objection handling support directly inside live call environments and seller interfaces.
- Create programmatic integrations and automated pipelines that connect data sources directly into seller interfaces, preserving content freshness and data accuracy automatically.
- Master the complete front-end layout of the CPQ platform to map and isolate severe click friction, configuration drop-offs, and administrative delays across the quote-to-cash process.
- Build inline agent validation paths that guide representatives step-by-step through complicated calculations such as co-termed add-ons and complex proration structures.
- Program proactive data validation scripts and warning triggers that catch item packaging errors or discount threshold violations directly over the user UI.
- Translate abstract, highly complex operational policies and translate them directly into clean, automated rules-of-the-road within user workspaces using low-overhead interface applications.
- Work cross-functionally with Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Information Systems to ensure that knowledge systems support commercial objectives and reduce friction across the seller workflow.
- Measure and communicate the impact of automation and interface changes on seller efficiency, adoption, and quote-to-cash cycle time.
- Continuously iterate on agent behavior and interface flows based on user feedback, observed friction points, and changing business rules.
- Maintain strict standards for content accuracy, data freshness, and user experience clarity across all automated knowledge systems.
- Act as a product expert to provide industry-leading coaching and training that improves adoption of Everlaw tools by commercial teams.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and ownership by participating in career check-ins and using the annual learning and development stipend.
