About the role
You will help eliminate quoting backlogs and drive high-volume, complex deal execution as Everlaw scales through a critical capacity surge. Acting as a strategic bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, you will manage end-to-end quoting and queue triage to ensure deal structures are scalable, reliable, and compliant while protecting long-term revenue integrity. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr. You will own the full lifecycle of quote management within Salesforce CPQ, partnering cross-functionally to navigate non-standard terms and resolve system inefficiencies. You will balance short-term sales velocity with long-term revenue integrity, ensuring deals adhere to established price books, discount thresholds, and Everlaw's financial compliance standards. You will also assist in standardizing deal workflows and systemizing the escalation process within Salesforce to improve operational transparency.

What you'll do
Manage end-to-end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments using Salesforce CPQ.
Own the Salesforce and Zendesk queue, managing the intake, triage, and escalation of all Quote-to-Cash requests within defined SLAs.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to navigate non-standard terms and resolve system inefficiencies.
Assist in standardizing deal workflows and systemizing the escalation process within Salesforce to improve operational transparency.
Ensure all deals adhere to established price books, discount thresholds, and Everlaw's financial compliance standards.
Analyze deal trends and queue metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to the GTM Strategy & Operations team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on day-to-day quoting questions and exceptions.
Support the maintenance and optimization of product bundles, configuration rules, and pricing structures within CPQ.
Document standard operating procedures for quoting and escalation to enhance consistency and enable scalability.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-sale transitions and accurate quote fulfillment.
Utilize data and reporting to forecast capacity needs and support decision-making for resource allocation during high-volume periods.
Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of AI-driven tools or automation agents to streamline Deal Desk workflows and queue management.
Champion best practices across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to reduce friction and accelerate deal closure.
Provide feedback on product and pricing strategy based on frontline insights from deal execution and queue trends.
Support ad hoc projects related to revenue operations, compliance, and system improvements as requested by leadership.
Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all quote outputs to protect Everlaw's revenue integrity.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, including hands-on ownership of quoting for complex deal structures.
You have advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (or a similar tool), with deep experience configuring products, bundles, price rules, and troubleshooting quote logic.
You balance short-term sales velocity with long-term revenue integrity, ensuring deals move quickly while adhering to pricing and compliance guardrails.
You are a clear communicator who can articulate complex commercial concepts across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and technical teams.
You are detail-oriented and experienced in managing high-volume queues in fast-paced SaaS environments.

You are comfortable working a hybrid schedule with in-office days on M/W/Th and remote flexibility on Tu/Fr.
You can manage multiple priorities and meet defined SLAs while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
You have strong experience with Salesforce administration and CPQ configuration, including products, price rules, and discount structures.
You are proactive in identifying process gaps and proposing scalable solutions to improve quoting and deal execution.
Nice to have
You have experience or interest in exploring AI-driven tools or automation agents to streamline Deal Desk workflows and queue management.
You have prior experience in a contract risk or compliance-focused deal desk environment.
You have worked with global customers and navigated multi-currency or multi-region quoting scenarios.
You have experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Einstein Analytics to derive insights from queue and deal data.
You have familiarity with Everlaw's product suite or eDiscovery/ediscovery technology platforms.
Practical notes
This is a fixed-term engagement with a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
The role is based in Oakland, California, and follows a hybrid work schedule with required in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
