What you'll do
- Oversee and collaborate on a diverse portfolio of client engagements under the guidance of the Program Manager, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Lead project diligence efforts supporting mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions, coordinating data collection, analysis, and reporting for stakeholders.
- Administer general project operations including action item tracking, comprehensive document management, and fulfillment of stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Serve as a power user of Euclid's proprietary platform, actively stress-testing features and providing detailed design and process feedback to the product team.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of new products and tools aimed at serving renewable energy project developers and investors through the platform.
- Develop deep expertise across the renewable energy value chain, including development, diligence, execution, finance, and asset management, through mentorship from senior experts.
- Drive the establishment of elevated industry standards for project quality and speed by developing and applying Euclid's platform capabilities and process standardization frameworks.
- Participate actively in team building and organizational growth initiatives, contributing to the culture and operational scaling of a high-growth company.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between technical teams, clients, and leadership to ensure alignment on transaction objectives and project milestones.
- Identify process bottlenecks in current transaction workflows and propose platform-based solutions to accelerate deal timelines and reduce manual effort.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication cadences throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial kickoff through closing and post-close deliverables.
- Support business development efforts by preparing project scopes, timelines, and resource plans for prospective client engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of professional project management experience within renewable energy, energy markets, project finance, or directly adjacent industries.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or a related technical discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle, encompassing key value drivers, development stages, financing structures, deployment logistics, and asset management principles.
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies, customer success frameworks, and industry best practices for delivery and stakeholder management.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with evolving processes and high autonomy.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent engagements and competing priorities without oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical or financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with modern collaboration and project tracking tooling (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms).

- Direct experience managing diligence workstreams for M&A or tax equity financing transactions in the renewables sector.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, cap tables, or waterfall structures relevant to project finance.

- Exposure to software product development cycles, including user research, requirements gathering, and UAT coordination.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management credentials.
- Background in engineering, construction management, or environmental permitting for utility-scale solar, wind, or storage projects.
