Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the onboarding process for renewable energy projects, including organizing internal meetings, coordinating with team members, and setting up necessary software and systems to facilitate project management.
- Manage document uploads and utilize AI-assisted data extraction tools to gather relevant project information efficiently.
- Review and verify the accuracy of AI-generated outputs such as classified documents, extracted deal terms, and gap analyses, ensuring they meet quality standards before sharing with internal teams or clients.
- Act as a power user of Euclid's platform, providing valuable feedback on user interface design, functionality, and usability to help improve the platform's features.
- Submit feature requests and suggestions based on your experience to enhance the platform's capabilities and streamline workflows.
- Develop, implement, and manage a variety of AI tools designed to facilitate the onboarding and ongoing management of renewable energy projects on the Euclid platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Director to document best practices, standard operating procedures, and contribute to broader knowledge management initiatives within the organization.
- Gain insights from renewable energy experts on project development, diligence, and finance, expanding your understanding of the industry and its key drivers.
- Support efforts to improve project quality, operational efficiency, and data accuracy through the development of standardized processes and platform enhancements.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contribute ideas for process improvements, and help foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Assist in creating training materials and documentation to help new team members understand platform features and project workflows.
- Contribute to the growth of the organization by sharing your insights, learning from others, and helping to build a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
- Maintain a focus on delivering value to clients by ensuring project data is accurate, complete, and actionable, ultimately helping clients make informed decisions faster.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project roles within renewable energy, energy finance, or related sectors, or a strong interest in transitioning into the renewable energy industry.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, environmental science, or another technical discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the renewable energy project lifecycle, including development, financing, deployment, and asset management.
- Understanding of project management principles and customer success strategies to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills necessary for reviewing AI outputs and ensuring data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Experience working with data management systems, project management software, or AI tools is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
