Project Manager, Tax Credit Compliance

About the role

At Euclid, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Tax Credit Compliance engagements as a critical driver of client success. You will serve as the primary Engagement Lead for Prohibited Foreign Entity (PFE), Domestic Content (DC), and Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PWA) projects, ensuring strict adherence to program rules and deadlines. This role demands a meticulous individual who takes ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder workflows from initial kickoff to final delivery. You will manage the complete lifecycle of compliance diligence, coordinating with suppliers, EPCs, and external counsel to ensure audit-ready outputs. You will directly contribute to accelerating the world's transition to renewable energy by ensuring clients can secure maximum value from available tax credits.

What you'll do

Execute TCC engagements by managing day-to-day delivery of PFE, DC, and PWA diligence projects with precision and ownership.

Coordinate EPC, contractor, and supplier onboarding, certification collection, and supply chain mapping to build a comprehensive compliance foundation.

Provide oversight and QA/QC of PWA compliance data, resolving discrepancies in certified payroll and apprenticeship records to minimize risk of correction payments or IRS penalties.

Support Material Assistance Cost Ratio (MACR) analysis and threshold testing to ensure adherence to program financial requirements.

Compile and maintain audit-ready documentation packages that meet stringent regulatory and client expectations.

Own project timelines, trackers, and client-facing status updates to ensure transparency and proactive risk management.

Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, EPC contractors, counsel, and lenders, to align on deliverables and dependencies.

Lead client engagements end-to-end, owning the relationship, timeline, and deliverables while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.

Help maintain and improve standardized workflows for EPC, contractor, and supplier onboarding, cost attribution, and reporting to drive operational efficiency.

Assist with implementing AI-enabled tools for document ingestion, MACR calculations, and supplier risk scoring to enhance accuracy and speed.

Contribute to processes and templates that standardize delivery practices and make scaling consistent and sustainable for the service line.

Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals, data room preparation, and client onboarding materials that reflect Euclid's high standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other program managers and service line teams to surface opportunities for shared tool improvements and best practices.

Communicate complex compliance frameworks clearly to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding of project objectives.

Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and strategic guidance throughout the duration of each engagement.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in tax, project finance, renewable energy, supply chain compliance, consulting, or a related field is required for this role.

Exposure to IRA credits (45Y, 48E, 45X), Domestic Content, Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship, or Prohibited Foreign Entity frameworks is a plus - but we will train the right person thoroughly.

Strong analytical skills are essential, with comfort working extensively with cost models, supplier data, and legal or technical documentation under tight deadlines.

You must be highly organized with sharp attention to detail, ensuring that projects stay on track and that no critical task falls through the cracks.

Clear verbal and written communication skills are required to synthesize complex information and keep all stakeholders aligned on priorities and risks.

A self-starter who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and does not wait to be told what to do next in a dynamic and evolving regulatory landscape.

Collaborative by nature, you operate with a low ego and are energized by contributing to a small, high-output team focused on impactful results.

The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality in fast-turnaround environments.

Nice to have

Experience at a Big 4 firm, law firm, renewable developer, or project finance shop is preferred if you have a strong track record in those environments.

Familiarity with supply chain or sanctions compliance methodologies adds additional value to your contributions in this role.

Exposure to AI and data tools used in diligence workflows or document analysis will help you leverage technology to its full potential.

Practical notes

This is a full-time remote position based on a US location, allowing for flexible work arrangements without mandatory office attendance.

The role requires a reliable internet connection and access to a computer capable of running standard collaboration and productivity software.

Travel is not required for this position, as all responsibilities are conducted remotely in support of distributed teams.
