About the role

In this role, you will act as a critical extension of our project development engine, owning the execution integrity of multiple client engagements from initial diligence through to handover. You will partner directly with seasoned Program and Project Managers, translating strategic objectives into concrete, accountable action plans for each engagement. Your work will center on accelerating the deployment lifecycle for renewable energy projects, enabling the team to deliver in days what usually consumes weeks in the market. You will cultivate a deep, operational understanding of solar photovoltaics and energy storage, translating technical parameters into robust commercial and financial analysis. Every decision you make will be guided by a commitment to delivering measurable value and tangible results for our customers and partners. You will champion clarity and precision in all outputs, ensuring that our documentation and models reflect a high standard of professionalism and reliability. What you'll do

Collaborate on multiple client engagements under an experienced Program or Project Manager, with clear scope and accountability from day one, working towards managing engagements independently.

Conduct development diligence of solar PV and energy storage projects across C&I and utility-scale markets, assessing site constraints, interconnection risk, and commercial viability.

Maintain project management tools, trackers, and documentation to Euclid standards, ensuring data integrity, version control, and easy retrieval for internal and external stakeholders.

Support stakeholder reporting, action item tracking, and document management across active portfolios, synthesizing complex information into clear, decision-ready formats.

Operate as a power user of the Euclid platform, leveraging your expertise to provide structured product feedback that informs feature enhancements and workflow improvements.

Contribute to the design and iteration of internal delivery processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing scalable solutions to improve team efficiency.

Support onboarding and training as the services team grows, documenting playbooks and best practices to accelerate the ramp-up of new team members.

Participate in cross-functional initiatives spanning diligence, finance, and product, bridging gaps between technical analysis, commercial strategy, and platform development.

Drive the creation of standardized templates and checklists that codify our project development methodology, ensuring consistency and repeatability across engagements.

Perform detailed market scans and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions around target segments and value propositions for our service offerings.

Champion data-driven decision making by building dashboards and visualizations that track project health, risk, and key performance indicators.

Engage directly with customers during discovery and review sessions, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable project plans for internal teams.

Support the preparation of investment-grade documentation, including executive summaries, term sheets, and risk assessments for finance and legal review.

Act as a subject matter expert within the team, mentoring junior analysts and sharing insights from project engagements to elevate the collective capability of the group.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, project management, or a directly adjacent field such as development consulting, EPC, or diligence.

Demonstrated working knowledge of the solar or energy storage project lifecycle, including development milestones, key value drivers, interconnection processes, permitting frameworks, and financing structures.

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with rigorous attention to detail, ensuring that critical path items are tracked and delivered on schedule.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience interfacing with external stakeholders such as developers, utilities, regulators, and financiers.

Direct experience with project development software, data rooms, and diligence workflows, including the ability to quickly master new tools and platforms.

Familiarity with established project management frameworks, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and the ability to adapt them to a fast-paced environment.

Exposure to project finance, M&A diligence, or asset management within the renewable energy sector, with an understanding of financial modeling and risk assessment.
