Senior Manager, Revenue Operations
Job description
Senior Manager, Revenue Operations at Euclid Power.
About the role
At Euclid, we're on a mission to accelerate the world's transition to renewable energy so that we can decarbonize the planet as fast as possible. We empower renewable energy teams to accomplish in days what typically takes weeks. We care about doing meaningful work, delivering real value and results to our customers. We're passionate about solving real problems by focusing on what truly matters. We're passionate about our work, and we're building products and services that our customers genuinely love and trust. We're not afraid to think big and be bold, as we're building not only a future we believe in but a workplace culture that we're proud to be a part of.
You will own the revenue operations function end to end, from the analytical foundations that surface insight to the planning infrastructure and AI-native systems that convert pipeline into predictable, scalable revenue. You will partner closely with enterprise account executives on high-stakes, multi-thread deals where success is determined months after the first conversation and where data is often messy and non-linear. This role demands a player-coach mindset, someone who can dive into the details of process and data while simultaneously elevating the capabilities of the broader revenue team. You will translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and then turn those insights into operational actions that change seller behavior. Ultimately, you will design and run the control tower that ensures our go-to-market motion is coherent, measurable, and continuously optimized for speed and quality.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Build the revenue analytics foundation, including pipeline analytics, funnel conversion tracking, cohort analyses, win/loss reporting, and rep performance measurement, and then drive the process changes that the data demands.
- Build and own the GTM operating system, covering CRM architecture, data infrastructure, and pipeline management that makes decisions defensible and transparent.
- Operationalize account intelligence by converting market signals, customer data, and research into actionable insights, account strategy, and seller-ready outputs that drive behavior change in the field.
- Design and scale an AI-native revenue engine using automations, integrations, workflows, and internal tooling that measurably increase seller productivity and decision quality.
- Build executive and board-level reporting cadences that provide leadership with the visibility needed to make timely, evidence-based decisions rather than merely summarizing historical activity.
- Own end-to-end GTM planning cycles, including annual planning from scratch, partnering with finance, and defending the plan in front of leadership with data-backed rationale.
- Partner with enterprise AEs to understand nuanced buying committees and multi-thread outreach strategies, ensuring the revenue systems support complex, relationship-driven sales motions.
- Define and document revenue processes and playbooks, then shepherd their adoption across the field, balancing standardization with the flexibility required for enterprise deals.
- Establish and maintain rigorous CRM architecture and data quality standards, clearly articulating and defending the structure, process, and rigor behind the revenue stack.
- Act as a systems thinker and player-coach, identifying patterns before they become problems and developing the people around you through hands-on guidance and accountability.
- Take revenue processes from working but scrappy to systemized and repeatable, determining what to codify, what to keep flexible, and how to implement change effectively in the field.
- Leverage AI-native tools and automations to remove manual busywork, enable faster seller decisions, and create feedback loops that continuously improve pipeline outcomes.
- Translate qualitative market and customer signals into quantitative models and narratives that inform segmentation, targeting, and account planning.
- Own key performance indicators across the revenue funnel, from pipeline creation to conversion and expansion, and align metrics so that incentives drive coherent cross-functional behavior.
- Serve as the primary revenue systems partner for enterprise AEs, removing roadblocks in data, process, and tooling so they can focus on high-value selling activities.
Requirements
- You have 6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy inside a tech-enabled services or SaaS business that focuses on enterprise deals.
- You have supported AEs running land-and-expand motions and you understand buying committees, multi-thread outreach, and what drives expansion.
- You are analytically rigorous and have built the single source of truth for revenue data, describing a process change you drove based on your own analysis.
- Your dashboards are used because you design them for the person who must act, not for the person who requested them.
- You build for the AI-native GTM world, having created custom workflows, automations, and internal tooling, and you maintain a strong perspective on what legacy systems remain valuable versus what should be rethought or replaced.
- You have strong product instincts, move quickly, and prioritize leverage and outcomes over perfect administration.
- You have run a full planning cycle, including territory carves, quota attainment modeling, and comp plan design, without a team of analysts beneath you.
- You have made revenue processes that were working but scrappy into systemized and repeatable systems, deciding what to document, what to keep flexible, and how to roll out change in a way field teams trust.
- You have strong CRM architecture instincts, a clear point of view on data quality, and the ability to defend and implement the structure and rigor required for reliable revenue operations.
