In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the product marketing and brand strategy initiatives for Equip, with a strong emphasis on content development. Your responsibilities will encompass two primary domains: the launch and market positioning of products, as well as the cultivation of provider brand marketing strategies aimed at fostering customer loyalty. What you'll do
- Craft persuasive value propositions and unique selling points that resonate with diverse audiences while ensuring brand integrity is upheld.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to secure a unique market position for Equip.
- Research and develop comprehensive profiles for both providers and consumers, pinpointing their specific challenges and motivations.
- Map out B2B and B2C customer journeys, ensuring that core messaging and value propositions are seamlessly integrated at every stage, from initial discovery through onboarding and retention.
- Oversee the complete process of introducing new services, enhancing care models, or targeting new audience segments in the market.
- Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives and other stakeholders, leveraging emotional intelligence to navigate uncertainties and achieve consensus across functions.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and the Creative Director to formulate a provider brand strategy that establishes clinical authority and fosters trust and loyalty among users.
- Co-manage the creation and operation of a Provider Advisory Board alongside the VP of Clinical Affairs, serving as a source of internal guidance and external brand representation.
- Partner with Commercial and Clinical Affairs teams to pinpoint valuable resources, content, and speaking opportunities that enhance provider engagement, acquisition, and retention efforts.
- Advise channel owners on the effective utilization of messaging and content within their respective channels.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, with a proven track record of launching successful B2B and B2C products.
- Experience within the healthcare sector, engaging with payer, provider, or patient/consumer models.
- Proven capability to manage, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and trusting atmosphere through effective coaching and clear goal-setting.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with a demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior leaders and influence without direct authority.
- Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex clinical information into clear, engaging narratives.

- Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance issues relevant to marketing practices.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including CRM systems, content management systems, and analytics software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with design tools for creating marketing materials, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar applications.
