In this position, you will play a crucial role in shaping and conveying Equip's market value to both healthcare providers and the general public. Your leadership will guide product marketing initiatives, focusing on effective positioning of our services to engage a diverse audience and foster enduring relationships with referring providers. We are looking for a strategic and adaptable leader who can spearhead innovation in our market outreach.

What you'll do
- Develop compelling messaging and value propositions that effectively showcase Equip's unique advantages for different user demographics, ensuring uniformity across all communication platforms.
- Create comprehensive profiles of our target audiences, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals, to gain insights into their needs and motivations.
- Design customer journeys for both B2B and B2C interactions, ensuring that our messaging effectively guides users from initial awareness to sustained engagement.
- Oversee the planning and execution of market launches for new services, enhancements in care, and the expansion into new target markets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership, utilizing exceptional communication skills to align teams and further strategic goals.
- Collaborate on developing a brand strategy that positions Equip as a trusted clinical authority, fostering long-term loyalty among providers.
- Work alongside clinical leaders to manage a Provider Advisory Board that provides internal insights and serves as an external endorsement for the brand.
- Partner with sales and clinical teams to identify and create valuable resources, content, and speaking opportunities that attract and retain healthcare providers.
- Guide marketing channel managers on the optimal use of messaging and content tailored to their specific platforms.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching products for both business and consumer markets.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with insurance providers, healthcare systems, or services that engage directly with patients.
- Demonstrated capability in managing, mentoring, and developing a team, promoting a supportive and high-performing environment through clear objectives and individual development plans.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to quickly build trust with senior leaders and effectively influence stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of full-funnel digital marketing, content strategy formulation, and campaign execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical offerings into clear and persuasive narratives.

- Experience with data analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues within the healthcare marketing space.
