What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates, to guide project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Foster a positive team environment by providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required for project site visits.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in managing projects within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with risk management practices and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
