Provider Partnerships Manager
Job description
Provider Partnerships Manager at Emora Health.
About the role
Emora Health is seeking a field-oriented professional to drive market expansion across the North Carolina healthcare landscape. In this capacity, you will serve as the principal representative of the organization, forging connections with pediatric providers and community institutions to broaden mental health accessibility for younger populations. The position demands a proactive approach to relationship building, requiring you to translate clinical value propositions into tangible referral partnerships. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, shaping the territory strategy while acting as the vital link between external stakeholders and internal product teams. Success in this role hinges on the ability to navigate complex healthcare ecosystems and convert initial engagements into sustainable, high-volume referral channels.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Construct and oversee a robust sales pipeline targeting pediatric practices, integrated health systems, and community-based organizations throughout the designated territory.
- Design and implement multi-channel outreach strategies leveraging phone communication, email campaigns, and in-person meetings to accelerate referral volume and partner acquisition.
- Conduct extensive travel across the state to participate in local industry events, medical conferences, and scheduled site visits with key decision-makers at healthcare facilities.
- Function as the dedicated account manager for referral partners, ensuring exceptional satisfaction through responsive support, rapid issue resolution, and consistent proactive engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, product development, and marketing teams to iterate service offerings based on direct feedback gathered from providers and community leaders in the field.
- Represent the corporate brand at professional medical gatherings, association meetings, and community health fairs to elevate organizational visibility and credibility within the pediatric ecosystem.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, memorandums of understanding, and referral protocols that align with both provider workflow requirements and company growth objectives.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and market dynamics within the North Carolina behavioral health landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats to market share.
- Utilize CRM platforms rigorously to document all touchpoints, track pipeline velocity, forecast revenue accurately, and maintain data integrity for leadership reporting.
- Develop targeted value propositions tailored to specific practice sizes, specialty focuses (e.g., general pediatrics, developmental pediatrics), and organizational structures encountered in the territory.
- Facilitate warm handoffs between referral sources and the internal intake or clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from referral initiation to first appointment.
- Provide regular strategic updates to the Head of Growth or VP of Partnerships, including pipeline health assessments, territory penetration metrics, and resource allocation recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in business development, field sales, account management, or growth-focused roles, preferably within healthcare services, digital health, or medical device sectors.
- Documented track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue quotas, sales targets, or partnership KPIs in previous positions.
- Explicit willingness and logistical ability to dedicate at least fifty percent of working hours to travel for face-to-face meetings, site visits, and events across the North Carolina region.
- Superior verbal and written communication capabilities, with demonstrated comfort presenting to clinical directors, practice administrators, and C-suite executives.
- Proven aptitude for operating effectively in early-stage, entrepreneurial environments where processes are fluid and require active construction rather than mere execution.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation suitable for extensive statewide travel, including potential overnight stays in rural or underserved areas.
- Strong organizational discipline and time management skills necessary to balance a high-volume field schedule with administrative responsibilities like CRM upkeep and reporting.
- Ability to pass standard background checks required for access to healthcare facilities and interaction with medical staff.
Nice to have
- Established network of existing relationships with pediatricians, practice managers, or health system administrators within the North Carolina market.
- Prior experience selling or partnering within the behavioral health, mental wellness, or pediatric specialty care verticals.
- Familiarity with value-based care models, Medicaid reimbursement landscapes, or pediatric integrated care frameworks relevant to the state.
- Proficiency with specific CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive for advanced pipeline management and automation.
