Partnerships Strategy & Enablement Lead
Job description
About the role
HappyRobot is building the operating system for autonomous enterprise workforces, and this role sits at the core of how we scale our impact through partners. You will own the end-to-end system that turns raw demand from partners into a prioritized, investable pipeline. This role requires strategic judgment to decide which opportunities to pursue and which to explicitly decline. You will design the playbooks, structures, and tools that allow partners to sell and deploy our platform on their own. Success in this position means you are comfortable coordinating across sales, deployments, and external teams to close the loop on committed deals. You will operate with extreme ownership, driving initiatives from analysis to live implementation. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for aligning stakeholders across regions.
Key facts
What you'll do
Build and maintain a repeatable framework for evaluating partner-sourced opportunities, sizing demand, and producing timely go or no-go recommendations.
Lead opportunity assessment from initial intake to final recommendation, quantifying volume, TCO, ROI, and FTE displacement for each potential deal.
Map commercial and technical feasibility for incoming opportunities, identifying constraints, dependencies, and integration requirements early.
Rank opportunities against our strategic priorities, ensuring our limited capacity is directed toward the highest value accounts and use cases.
Partner with leadership to define and maintain a clear, shared pipeline view that all internal teams and external partners can understand and act upon.
Create and maintain the commercial and technical enablement materials that allow partners to independently qualify, sell, and deploy our platform.
Design governance structures for each partnership, including roles, commercial terms, hand-off procedures, and service level expectations.
Work closely with Sales and Deployments to prioritize accounts, sequence delivery, and monitor progress from signed contract to live production usage.
Own a single source of truth for partner pipeline and opportunity status, maintaining data integrity and transparency.
Run a regular cadence of reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to align priorities, surface risks, and adjust plans based on new information.
Continuously refine the evaluation system and enablement assets based on feedback from partners and outcomes of deployed implementations.
Requirements
You must have 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, partnerships, or a commercial or GTM role where you owned the analysis and the decision, not just execution.
You demonstrate strong analytical and structuring skills, able to size a market or a deal, build a simple model for TCO, ROI, and unit economics, and turn messy inputs into a clear recommendation quickly.
You exercise strategic judgment to identify where the real value in a deal lies and are comfortable saying no to opportunities that do not align with our priorities.
You communicate excellently both in writing and live, aligning leadership, sales, deployments, and partners around shared priorities and decisions.
You are highly structured and organized, bringing process and a system to ambiguous, fast-moving partner pipelines and complex operational problems.
You are comfortable owning cross-functional execution, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure prioritized deals move from signed to live.
You possess professional fluency in both Spanish and English, enabling you to operate effectively across LATAM enterprise markets.
You are comfortable making decisions based on incomplete information while clearly articulating the assumptions and risks involved to stakeholders.
You have a bias for action, balancing speed of execution with the rigor required to protect our long-term relationships and standards.
You are comfortable working autonomously in a mission-driven, high-growth environment where ownership and extreme ownership are expected.
Nice to have
Experience in management consulting or strategy, or at a high-growth B2B, enterprise SaaS, or AI company.
Background building or running a partner or channel program, including partner enablement, co-selling, revenue share models, and certification.
Familiarity with LATAM enterprise markets such as Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil and the local partner ecosystem.
Comfort with light technical scoping, including understanding APIs and integrations, to assess feasibility with partners.
Hands-on experience with CRM and pipeline tooling such as Notion, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Prior exposure to enterprise verticals such as logistics, telecom, financial services, or other complex operational environments.
