The Manager
Health Data Partnerships will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of health data collaboration portfolios for Crossix, driving growth and value realization within the life sciences sector. Coordinate internal reviews to align legal, finance, and product teams on partnership structures and requirements.
Lead negotiations to finalize agreements that safeguard company interests and define mutual expectations.
Present proposals to internal stakeholders, highlighting tradeoffs and strategic implications of partnership structures.
Implement monitoring structures for partner performance and data quality to ensure ongoing compliance and value delivery.
Champion best practices across the partnership lifecycle to strengthen market position and operational efficiency.
Translate complex partner inquiries into clear product direction to guide development and delivery timelines.
Balance commercial pressure with ethical data use to protect brand reputation and long-term customer relationships.
Identify gaps in existing processes and propose enhancements to streamline partnership operations and scalability.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that maximize partnership impact.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in data partnerships, business development, or similar roles within a professional context.
A strong understanding of data compliance, privacy rules, and governance issues is essential for success in this position.
You must communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and business audiences without ambiguity.
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapting plans as new information emerges, is a strict requirement.
