About the role
You will define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy for Healthcare products and the platform, owning positioning, engagement architecture, and demand generation from first principle thinking. You will operate with founder-level autonomy, moving fluidly between strategic narrative and the data systems that make execution at scale possible. You will own the most complex and ambiguous problem spaces, translating market insights into repeatable playbooks that drive pipeline and customer lifetime value. You will establish measurement frameworks and attribution models that rigorously inform investment decisions and optimize return on growth initiatives. You will build scalable systems for lead generation, qualification, conversion, and lifecycle engagement in close partnership with Marketing Operations and cross-functional stakeholders. You will lead go-to-market execution for major launches, owning the positioning strategy for entire product lines and the engagement systems that deliver them. This role is designed for someone who thrives on zero to one challenges, shaping undefined platform capabilities into sharply positioned market offerings with founder-level ownership.

What you'll do
Define and execute the Healthcare growth strategy across inbound, outbound, content, events, partnerships, and product launches to drive pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
Establish growth measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance KPIs that inform investment decisions and optimize ROI across all growth initiatives.
Build and scale systems for lead generation, qualification, conversion, and lifecycle engagement in partnership with Marketing Operations.
Own Healthcare content and thought leadership strategy, translating customer insights, product innovation, and market trends into programs that strengthen awareness and generate demand.
Lead conference and event strategy, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, executive visibility, and post-event pipeline generation.
Develop repeatable content and event playbooks that deliver measurable business impact and reinforce market position over time.
Own sales enablement strategy, ensuring teams have positioning, messaging, collateral, training, and competitive intelligence needed to sell the platform and new products effectively.
Lead go-to-market execution for major initiatives, coordinating cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership.
Architect the end-to-end engagement system for target customer segments, optimizing journeys and touchpoints that drive conversion and retention.
Translate market and competitive intelligence into actionable growth hypotheses, testing and iterating on strategies to maximize pipeline efficiency.
Define and manage experiments across channels and workflows, using data to prioritize initiatives with the highest growth potential.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate strategic insights into product requirements and feature roadmaps that support growth objectives.
Collaborate with Leadership to set quarterly and annual growth goals, aligning resources and priorities to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
Champion a culture of ownership, rigor, and continuous learning within the Growth Strategy team, documenting playbooks and learnings for enterprise scale.
Requirements
You have 8+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or growth roles, with a track record of owning complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degrees or relevant certifications may substitute for experience.
You demonstrate high ownership and comfort operating with minimal direction, making decisions and driving outcomes in fast-paced, evolving environments.
You possess strong analytical skills, capable of building frameworks, interpreting data, and translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
You have experience building and scaling demand generation systems, including lead generation, qualification, conversion, and lifecycle engagement processes.
You show proven ability in content strategy, thought leadership development, and program design that strengthens market awareness and generates pipeline.
You have managed event and conference strategies, including sponsorships, speaking programs, and post-event pipeline activation.
You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to align on strategy and execution.
Nice to have
Experience in the healthcare industry, including familiarity with healthcare access, patient engagement, and provider workflows.
Background in AI, SaaS, or platform businesses where go-to-market strategy intersects with product and engineering execution.
Experience operating in a high-growth, venture-backed environment with Series E or later stage funding.
