About the role
You will own the end-to-end revenue generation for our existing portfolio of housing and healthcare partners, acting as the primary growth engine behind their performance. This role requires you to build and sustain high-trust relationships at every level of the partner organization, from frontline representatives to executive sponsors. You will be responsible for translating partner strategy into joint playbooks that drive measurable co-selling outcomes and expand our footprint across key accounts. A core part of your mission will be to ensure that every partner interaction reinforces EliseAI as the indispensable platform for housing and healthcare efficiency. You will operate at the intersection of sales, enablement, and partnership management, removing friction and aligning incentives across teams. Your work will directly influence the scalability of our go-to-market motion and the long-term retention of strategic alliances. This is a hands-on role where your day-to-day decisions will shape the future of how we collaborate with industry leaders.

What you'll do
- Establish and deepen high-value relationships with partner stakeholders across rep, director, and executive levels within assigned territories.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for partner field teams, becoming the first resource they contact when routing deals and opportunities.
- Proactively lead joint planning sessions with partner counterparts to define shared performance objectives and align on revenue targets.
- Represent EliseAI at partner conferences, events, and co-hosted field programs to strengthen on-the-ground relationship networks.
- Own partner-sourced SQO (sales qualified opportunity) targets for assigned accounts, making this the central metric of success.
- Collaborate closely with EliseAI AEs and partner reps to design and execute co-selling motions, deal routing workflows, and pipeline conversion strategies.
- Run structured touchpoints with partner teams to surface active opportunities, eliminate roadblocks, and maintain top-of-mind awareness.
- Maintain rigorous partner attribution in Salesforce from initial introduction through closed-won outcomes and renewals.
- Develop and deliver rep-level talk tracks, objection handling guides, and qualification frameworks tailored for partner field teams.
- Conduct recurring enablement sessions to ensure partner reps remain sharp on positioning, ideal customer profiles, and deal mechanics.
- Produce simple, field-ready collateral that empowers partner teams to confidently refer and co-sell EliseAI solutions.
- Track pipeline health and opportunity progression on a weekly basis, providing clear visibility into performance trends.
- Communicate quarterly and annual performance updates, blockers, and strategic opportunities to the GTM Partnerships Lead.
- Facilitate business reviews with partner stakeholders to evaluate revenue, pipeline health, and the future roadmap of joint initiatives.
Requirements
- Hold 2+ years of experience in fast-paced, startup GTM environments focused on sales, partnerships, alliances, or GTM strategy and operations.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to drive revenue through partner-led or co-selling motions in complex B2B markets.
- Exhibit executive presence and credibility when engaging with both startup and enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Maintain strong Salesforce discipline, ensuring pipeline hygiene, accurate attribution, and robust performance reporting.
- Communicate with direct, clarity, and impact in both written and verbal formats, unafraid to provide constructive pushback.
- Operate as a fast executor who rejects perfectionism in favor of timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Function effectively as a self-starter with strong entrepreneurial instincts and a high ownership mindset.
- Commit to working in person at our office 4 to 5 days per week to foster close collaboration and alignment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the housing or healthcare sectors, with familiarity of platforms that serve renters, property teams, or patient populations.
- Background managing co-selling programs, partner enablement, or joint business planning within enterprise software organizations.
- Experience leveraging data to optimize partner performance and identify new revenue expansion opportunities.
Practical notes
This role is full-time and based in New York City, requiring consistent in-office presence to support team collaboration and partner engagement activities. No remote or hybrid arrangements are available at this time. Travel may be required to meet with key partners, attend industry events, and participate in co-sell initiatives as outlined in business plans. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position. No relocation support is provided.
