About the role
This position involves leading a Mid-Market Account Executive team focused on new business and expansion with property management companies. You will help build out our new Dallas office and grow our presence in Texas. This role requires collaboration with AEs throughout the sales cycle and close partnership with other departments. What you'll do
- Achieve the Mid-Market revenue target through strategic planning and execution.
- Establish and expand the new Dallas office, increasing brand presence and market share in Texas.

- Attend regional industry events and conferences to elevate EliseAI's visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Work with Sales Operations and leadership to refine sales playbooks, scripts, and forecasting processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience specifically within the Mid-Market sector.
- Previous experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive with a documented history of exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets as both an individual contributor and a people manager.
- Strong understanding of consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles involving procurement, legal, and multi-product scenarios.
- Proficiency in coaching and utilizing the MEDDPICC sales methodology to drive deal success.
- Experience managing and forecasting deals with values ranging from $50K to $150K+.
- Willingness to travel regularly, often 30-50%, for industry conferences, client visits, and team meetings.
- Ability to work on-site at the new Dallas, TX office 4 to 5 days per week to foster collaboration and team cohesion.
- A proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to executive-level stakeholders.
