Wellness & Recovery Specialist
EōS Fitness is searching for a Wellness & Recovery Specialist to own the full member journey through our premium amenities. This role drives exceptional satisfaction by managing recovery operations and enforcing the highest safety standards. You will represent our brand while upholding our Core Values in every interaction. This is a full-time position located in San Tan Valley at the Gary Road and Hunt Highway intersection. The hourly compensation range is $15.50 to $16.50 USD.

Key Responsibilities
You will schedule the use of recovery rooms and coordinate member access to ensure a smooth experience. A primary focus will be operating amenities such as cryotherapy, infrared therapy, hydro massage, Normatech, and Theraguns safely and effectively. You will guide members on the proper use of these services while clearly explaining policies and enforcing membership compliance.
Monitoring our saunas, pools, and recovery rooms is essential for maintaining quality. You will regularly scan these areas for temperature accuracy, cleanliness, and proper functionality. Identifying equipment issues for EGYM and other amenities requires prompt communication with management to resolve concerns. Ensuring all equipment remains functional and clean is a daily priority, promoting fair and equal access for every member.
Conducting daily audits of equipment functionality and cleanliness is a standard duty. You will perform weekly walks to address any concerns without delay. Maintaining organization is critical, which includes ensuring equipment is returned to the correct storage areas after each use. You will also support front desk staff to keep visitor flow controlled and operations running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
Success in this role requires the ability to multitask while clearly engaging with guests in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are necessary to explain issues and operational needs to leadership using concise, professional language. An excellent interpersonal skill set and a customer-focused attitude are mandatory.
You must be willing to adapt to evening, holiday, and weekend shifts whenever operational needs require it. A genuine interest in learning about each recovery service we offer is expected. Passion for health and wellness should be evident in your daily actions, and you must live our Core Values in every interaction. Previous customer service experience is preferred. You must earn CPR/AED certification within 30 days of starting and successfully pass all background checks.

EōS Fitness is an anchor store at Plaza West Covina, a large regional shopping mall in West Covina, California. The mall is owned by Starwood Capital Group. It is now managed by Pacific Retail Capital Partners. The site was previously acquired by Westfield America, Inc. in 1998. At that time, the center was renamed Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina. The shopping center dropped the Shoppingtown name in June 2005. In October 2013, Westfield Group sold the mall to Starwood Capital Group. During that 2013 transaction, Westfield retained a 10% equity stake in the property. The mall's anchor stores include Macy's, JCPenney, Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, and EōS Fitness. The location also contains two vacant spaces. These spaces were last occupied by Sears and Forever
