The Regional Talent Manager will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for their assigned facilities, partnering closely with leadership to execute strategic workforce initiatives. This role owns the full employee experience, from attraction and selection to development and retention, ensuring our people-first philosophy is lived daily. You will navigate complex employee relations situations with empathy and precision, guiding leaders on day-to-day people needs while safeguarding compliance. The hire will collaborate with cross-functional talent partners to design and deploy programs that enhance team member engagement and operational excellence. You will leverage data and insights to drive consistent processes and business impact across the region, acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. Success in this role means creating loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners both inside and outside the gym.

What you'll do
Partner with field leadership to align talent strategies with business goals and provide expert guidance on all people matters.
Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolutions, balancing compliance, risk mitigation, and team member experience.
Coach store and operations leaders on performance management, engagement strategies, and team effectiveness techniques.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and labor laws across multiple states while driving consistent application.
Support proactive workforce planning, organizational change initiatives, and long-term talent development strategies.
Oversee leave of absence, ADA accommodation, and workers' compensation processes in partnership with leadership and HR.
Collaborate with cross-functional talent teams to deliver programs, initiatives, and system enhancements that improve the employee journey.
Champion the implementation of talent acquisition strategies to build diverse, high-performing teams that reflect our brand.
Analyze workforce metrics and people data to identify trends, predict needs, and recommend actionable improvements.
Drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, development planning, and offboarding with a focus on experience.
Facilitate leadership development programs aimed at building bench strength and preparing high-potential team members.
Serve as a subject matter expert on HR platforms and tools, ensuring accurate data and streamlined processes for all people operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated team member concerns, providing timely, empathetic, and fair resolutions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by auditing processes, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices across locations.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through objective people decisions and inclusive team practices.
Ensure all people initiatives are delivered with integrity, transparency, and alignment with EōS Fitness Core Values.
Maintain strong working relationships with corporate HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and support data-driven decision making.
Provide guidance and training to managers on fair employment practices, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
Own projects related to organizational design, role mapping, and competency frameworks to support scaling needs.
Requirements
5 years of HR/Talent experience in progressive roles with increasing responsibility.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in People Operations or Human Resources in an HRBP or similar capacity.
Previous experience delivering HR/Talent results in a multi-unit, consumer-facing environment.
In-depth knowledge of State and Federal labor laws and HR/Talent best practices.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with team members, management, and vendors with calm, professional, and empathetic presence.
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
Proficiency in HR/Talent and business systems including ADP, Greenhouse (ATS), Zendesk, Smartsheet, BI reporting tools, Bridge (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.

Reliable transportation to travel between local business locations to support people matters as needed, with business travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
Ability to remain in a stationary position and move throughout office and gym locations as needed to perform job duties safely and effectively.
Ability to regularly operate a computer and other standard office equipment to execute people operations tasks efficiently.
