What you'll do
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance partners' understanding of Druva's products and services, ensuring they are well-versed in our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with both sales and marketing teams to produce effective enablement materials that facilitate partner sales initiatives.
- Analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions to address these gaps.
- Organize and lead workshops, webinars, and training sessions to engage partners and keep them informed about product updates and industry trends.
- Create and maintain a repository of resources, including presentations, FAQs, and product documentation, to support partners in their sales efforts.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, gathering feedback to improve our products and services based on partner insights.
- Monitor industry developments and competitive landscape to ensure that training materials and strategies remain relevant and impactful.
- Foster strong relationships with partners to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored support that drives mutual success.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or sales enablement, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales process and partner dynamics.
- A proven history of collaborating with partners in a technology-driven environment, showcasing an ability to build strong working relationships.
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure, is essential for effectively communicating product benefits to partners.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance and the effectiveness of training programs.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in the data protection or backup solutions sector, which would provide valuable context for our offerings.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365, enhancing your ability to track partner interactions and performance.
- Previous experience in a role that involved direct partner engagement or sales support, providing insight into partner needs and expectations.
