Druva is actively seeking a Product Manager to join their growing organization in Pune, Maharashtra, India. What you'll do
Define and articulate a clear product vision and long-term strategy for assigned product lines within the organization.
Gather and synthesize customer requirements through interviews, surveys, and direct engagement with enterprise and SMB customer segments.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate customer needs and business goals into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Partner with design and UX professionals to ensure that product solutions deliver intuitive, accessible, and seamless user experiences.
Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and industry shifts to inform strategic product decisions and identify new opportunities.
Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that outline priorities, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for each quarter.
Define clear success metrics and key performance indicators to measure product impact against established business objectives and targets.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment through regular meetings with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities.
Conduct ongoing user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to validate assumptions and continuously improve product features.
Present product progress, strategy updates, and outcome reports to senior leadership and executive stakeholders on a regular cadence.
Evaluate and prioritize feature requests based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with the overall product strategy.
Work with data science and analytics teams to uncover insights that inform product decisions and optimize user engagement.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience working as a Product Manager or in a equivalent product-focused role within a technology company.
Strong foundational knowledge of product development processes, including agile methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery cycles.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams across distributed organizational structures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to present complex ideas to diverse audiences clearly.
Hands-on experience leveraging data analytics, product metrics, and customer feedback to guide prioritization and decision making.
Track record of successfully managing product backlogs, setting priorities, and delivering features on time and within scope.
Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, SaaS delivery models, and the dynamics of enterprise software markets.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent years of professional experience.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make sound product judgments in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to drive product adoption.
Nice to have
Prior experience working specifically in the data protection, backup, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity technology domain is highly valued.
Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles, procurement processes, and customer success frameworks within B2B organizations.
Demonstrated track record of managing and launching products in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology company environment.
Working knowledge of data privacy regulations, compliance standards, and governance frameworks relevant to cloud-based enterprise solutions.
Experience with multi-product portfolio management and coordinating cross-product initiatives across large engineering organizations.
Skills & tools

Familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies for structuring sprints, retrospectives, and iterative product delivery workflows.
