The Role and the Team
Druva is seeking a self-driven, experienced Account Executive for State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED). The individual in this role will own the SLED sales cycle from first client contact to renewal. This position focuses on shaping risk strategy for education and government clients. Teams operate through intake, build, review, and ship phases with disciplined execution. Decisions consistently balance speed, compliance, and long-term account value.
The primary mission involves growing Druva's presence within the SLED market. The role requires oversight and active management of sales cycles and partner channels. The focus is on Druva's product lines within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating growth for Druva's solutions within the SLED market.

- Taking a lead role on sales campaigns to ensure solutions achieve customer goals and deliver an outstanding experience.
- Seeking and driving new business while actively nurturing and growing existing accounts, relationships, and partner ecosystems.
- Effectively managing territory performance, pipeline development, and forecasting accuracy.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to engage with stakeholders.

The expected base pay range for this position is between $214,000 and $285,333 annually. These figures are based on multiple factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include discretionary annual bonuses or commissions. Equity opportunities may be part of the package. The Ideal Candidate
