- Lead and manage the HR operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize HR processes.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness in the market.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees to resolve conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, onboarding, and training programs to enhance employee development and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes that may impact the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all HR operations.
- Partner with other departments to support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR metrics, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations or management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technologies to streamline operations and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
