Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the endpoint protection segment.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis with clients to understand their data protection challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on customer needs and market trends.
- Present product demonstrations and conduct training sessions for clients to showcase the value of Druva's endpoint solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress to management using CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position Druva's offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of data protection solutions, cloud technologies, and endpoint security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience using CRM software to manage sales processes and customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
