Requirements
You hold two years of experience in guest facing or operational roles previously, providing a baseline understanding of service expectations. You can reliably lift thirty pounds and move steadily across uneven ground for hours without compromising safety or focus. You understand how to interpret basic course maps and communicate routing changes clearly to both staff and guests. You remain available to work scheduled shifts, including holidays, during busy seasons, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. Your reliability and discipline form essential components of the resort's operational standards, ensuring consistency in performance. You possess the physical stamina required to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor conditions throughout an entire shift. You are capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with team objectives.
