Senior Revenue Operations Manager
Job description
About the role
Directive Consulting is the leading B2B performance marketing agency that delivers real revenue - not just leads. The Senior Revenue Operations Manager, internally titled Associate Director, Revenue Operations, is a senior, client-facing player-coach who owns the leadership and technical depth of the Revenue Operations practice. This role partners with the Director of Revenue Operations to lead a team of RevOps Strategists while actively managing complex client engagements end-to-end. You will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality strategic and technical work across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot implementations. The position requires equal comfort in leading stakeholder conversations, architecting solutions, and diving into technical troubleshooting when necessary. You will translate complex findings into clear executive recommendations while mentoring team members to elevate their expertise. The role is critical for scaling the practice, developing repeatable standards, and driving demand for bold, innovative brands that refuse to blend in. If you thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and want your work to shape the future of marketing, this is your opportunity.
