What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks that cater to international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Analyze financial and operational data from various sources to produce detailed reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights for reporting purposes.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing clear and concise summaries of findings and recommendations.

• Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's strategic goals, facilitating better tracking of performance across departments.
• Train and mentor junior staff on reporting tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure transparency and compliance in all reporting activities.
• Utilize advanced data visualization tools to create engaging and informative dashboards that present complex data in an easily digestible format.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by management, providing timely insights to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Participate in special projects related to international expansion, contributing your expertise in reporting to support the company's growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis, preferably in an international context.
• Strong understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software; experience with reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Familiarity with the gaming or software industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
