About the role

Bamboohr is seeking a Content Management Specialist to join their team in Yerevan on a full-time basis. This role centers on organizing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's digital content across multiple platforms and internal systems. The specialist will partner with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure all materials are accurate, current, and support the company's strategic objectives. The position also involves improving content workflows and helping grow the overall content library over time.

What you'll do

1. Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of digital content across web and internal platforms.

2. Organize and maintain a structured content library to ensure easy retrieval and consistency.

3. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to document features, updates, and release notes.

4. Develop and enforce content standards, style guides, and governance policies for all materials.

5. Monitor content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement based on data.

6. Coordinate with designers and developers to integrate content into user-facing applications and portals.

7. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials across all channels.

8. Conduct audits of existing content to identify gaps, redundancies, and outdated information.

9. Support localization and adaptation of content for different regions and audiences when needed.

10. Train team members on content management tools and best practices for day-to-day workflows.

11. Work with the marketing team to align content strategies with product launch timelines.

12. Maintain version history and archival processes for all published and draft content items.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, information management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of three years of experience in content management or a similar role.

3. Proven ability to manage large volumes of digital content with strong attention to detail.

4. Familiarity with content management systems and headless CMS platforms commonly used in software environments.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Armenian.

6. Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design stakeholders.

7. Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques for digital platforms and web properties.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work setting.

Nice to have

1. Experience with version control systems such as Git for managing content repositories and tracking changes.

2. Knowledge of agile methodologies and hands-on experience working in sprint-based development teams.

3. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms for content performance tracking.

4. Background in the gaming or iGaming industry and understanding of its unique content requirements.

Skills & tools

1. Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress, Contentful, or Strapi for daily operations.

2. Experience with HTML and CSS for basic content formatting and troubleshooting on web pages.

3. Working knowledge of SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms for optimization.

4. Ability to use collaboration tools like Confluence, Notion, or similar workspace applications effectively.

5. Familiarity with image and video editing software for preparing and formatting media assets.

6. Strong skills in spreadsheet applications for organizing content inventories and tracking key metrics.

7. Comfort with API-based content workflows and understanding of how headless CMS platforms operate.

Practical notes

1. This role is based in the Yerevan office and requires on-site presence during standard business hours each weekday.

2. The hiring process includes a written assignment followed by two rounds of interviews with the content and product teams.
