What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of organizational design strategies that align with Bamboohr's business objectives and enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure organizational effectiveness and transformation success.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organizational structures and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions aimed at building organizational capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organizational transformation, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement.
• Partner with HR to develop talent management strategies that support organizational goals, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and track the impact of organizational changes on performance outcomes.
• Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting a mindset of continuous improvement and encouraging teams to embrace new ways of working.
• Prepare and present reports to the executive team, outlining progress on organizational design initiatives and transformation efforts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational design and performance management, integrating relevant insights into Bamboohr's strategies.
• Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving organizational goals.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and effectiveness.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational design, performance management, or transformation roles, preferably within the technology or software development sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives and driving performance improvements in complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops focused on organizational development and change management.
• Familiarity with various organizational design frameworks and methodologies, such as Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively about organizational challenges and opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Certification in organizational development, change management, or a related discipline.
