What you'll do

• Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to provide insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements and specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that new features meet business requirements and provide a seamless user experience.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, ensuring that our products remain competitive and relevant.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards that present complex data in an understandable format for stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for product improvements and new offerings.
• Maintain documentation of business processes and requirements to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.
• Assist in training team members on new tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming or technology industry, particularly in consumer-facing products.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and their application in business analysis.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO and social media analytics.
• Certification in business analysis or a related field (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a bonus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• This position is based in Yerevan and is offered on a contract basis.
• The salary for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
