What you'll do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Diginex's overall business goals and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, including fintech companies, blockchain platforms, and other relevant stakeholders in the digital asset ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual value creation and alignment of interests.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that protect Diginex's interests while fostering collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between Diginex and its partners, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that may arise during the partnership lifecycle.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field, preferably within the fintech or blockchain sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of the digital asset landscape, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
