About the role
This position is a 6 month fixed term employee contract initially, with a likelihood of extension. The role is based in Vancouver, remote. You will join the Global Studios team, creating emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. The focus is on hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for clients. You will act as a project manager, supporting the account as a whole to ensure consistent and successful delivery across multiple campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with Designers and the Accounts team to guarantee successful campaign deliveries. You will manage internal client briefs, plan workloads, assign tasks, review progress, and contribute to process optimisations.

What you'll do
- Manage, draft and review client briefs with precision and strategic alignment.
- Ensure client deadlines are met across multiple campaigns while liaising with the Account Director on team capacity.
- Manage workflows across timezones, ensuring concise communication and smooth management of workflows between teams.
- Clearly and effectively distill and transfer client feedback to designers and copywriters for accurate execution.
- Prioritise workloads for the team, and escalate issues promptly when necessary to maintain momentum.
- Ensure client requirements are met whilst protecting DEPT®® brand values in every interaction.
- Maintain a full understanding of the clients' business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges, advising on the communications solution that best meets their needs to become a trusted adviser.
- Build excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders by attending regular meetings, video conference calls, planning sessions, briefing meetings, and participating in evaluation reviews.
- Ensure high standards are maintained and add value wherever possible throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure success criteria are met and projects are delivered to time and to budget without compromise.
- Maintain a good knowledge of all DEPT®® products and services and actively promote them to clients to maximise value.
- Escalate to senior management any internal and external issues and events that might impact accounts positively or negatively.
- Optimise project management processes to enhance efficiency and support the overall agency workload in partnership with the rest of the team.
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies across the client portfolio to prevent delays and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Project management experience in creative or tech marketing is essential for success in this role.
- Experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications, including digital, is required.
- You must be extremely organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- You need to be ambitious with the ability to think strategically and contribute something new to the agency environment.
- Ability to work within short timeframes and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency is non-negotiable.
- You must be highly motivated to learn, grow and improve continuously in a fast-paced setting.
- A personable, approachable demeanor and a motivating team player attitude are mandatory.
- Moderate understanding of production and interactive processes is necessary to navigate workflows effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required for daily interactions and stakeholder updates.

- Ability to manage and develop client and supplier relationships to foster collaboration and trust.
- Basic understanding of financials is required to effectively manage budgets and forecast resource needs.

- Capability to work remotely within a Vancouver-based framework while supporting global clients and teams.
